All personal information handled by the World Professional Golf Instructors Association protects the personal information and rights of the information subject in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and promptly and smoothly resolves the information subject's grievances related to personal information. To ensure proper processing, we are establishing and disclosing the following processing policy.

This personal information processing policy is applied from the date of enforcement, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to changes in accordance with laws and policies, they will be notified through notices 7 days prior to the implementation of the changes. It is.

Article 1. Purpose of processing personal information

The World Professional Golf Instructors Association processes personal information for purposes related to website membership registration and management, and provision of information and services. It will not be used for purposes other than these purposes, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent.

Article 2. Processing and retention period of personal information

The World Professional Golf Instructors Association processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period in accordance with laws and regulations or within the personal information retention and use period consented to when collecting personal information from the information subject.

Article 5. Entrustment of personal information processing

  • 1. The World Professional Golf Instructors Association entrusts personal information processing tasks as follows to ensure smooth personal information processing.

When entrusting the processing of personal information, the World Professional Golf Instructors Association prohibits the processing of personal information other than for the purpose of performing the entrusted work in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, takes technical and managerial protection measures for personal information, safety management of personal information, The purpose and scope of consignment work, restrictions on re-entrustment, measures to ensure personal information safety, management/supervision including management status inspection of personal information held in relation to consignment work, and responsibilities such as compensation for damages are managed by specifying them in documents such as contracts. .

Article 6. Rights, obligations and exercise methods of information subjects

  • 1. The information subject may exercise the following rights to the World Professional Golf Instructors Association.

Article 7. Destruction of personal information

  • 1. The World Professional Golf Instructors Association destroys personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as when the personal information retention period has expired, the purpose of processing has been achieved, or the relevant work has been terminated.
  • 2. In cases where personal information must continue to be preserved pursuant to other laws and regulations despite the expiration of the personal information retention period consented to by the information subject or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information must be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored in a different storage location. and preserve it.
  • 3. The procedures and methods for destroying personal information are as follows.

The World Professional Golf Instructors Association is taking the following administrative, technical, and physical measures to ensure the safety of personal information.

Article 9. How to relieve rights infringement

Information subjects may contact the organizations below for damage relief or consultation regarding personal information infringement. However, the organizations below are separate from the Gwangmyeong City Comprehensive Information System. If you are not satisfied with the center's own personal information complaint handling and damage relief results, or if you need further assistance, please contact us.

Article 10. Personal Information Protection Officer

  • 1. The World Professional Golf Instructors Association is responsible for the overall management of personal information processing, and has designated a personal information protection officer as follows to handle complaints and provide relief for damage from information subjects related to personal information processing.

  • 2. The information subject may contact the person in charge of personal information protection regarding all personal information protection-related inquiries, complaint handling, damage relief, etc. that arise while using the services of the World Professional Golf Instructors Association. The Korea Food and Beverage Education Association will respond and process inquiries from information subjects without delay.

Article 11. Request to view personal information

The information subject may request to view personal information pursuant to Article 35 of the Personal Information Protection Act to the person in charge of personal information processing. The Korea Food and Beverage Education Association will endeavor to promptly process the information subject's request to view personal information.

Article 12. Changes to personal information processing policy

This personal information processing policy is applied from the effective date, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections of changes in accordance with laws and policies, they will be notified through individual websites and notices (individual notices).
